The Inspiration for tonight's dinner revolves around vegetables harvested in Bermuda during the Autumn / Winter period. Chef James deftly highlights the produce through a refined minimalist approach and using varying cooking methods. The intent is for the diner to experience each individual ingredient to its fullest extent.
