Five Course Chef's Table Menu Paired with Gosling's Rum Flights and Specialty Cocktails

About this experience

We're jumping into our Spring and Summer menu with a one time only special menu unlike anything you've ever experienced before. Join us for five courses of culinary excellence designed by our head chef in partnership with internationally renowned chef Jonathan Cartwright. Each course is designed specifically around the notes of a different bottle of Gosling's Rum, starting with Silver and ending with Papa Seal. Each course comes with a specialty cocktail designed both to complement the meal and to perfectly encapsulate the rum it features. If you are a rum lover or simply a fan of the best Bermuda has to offer, this dinner is for you.
