Dining Reservations & Special Events - Security Deposits

We treat your intention to dining with us seriously and we are pleased to honor advanced reservations by reserving seats from our limited inventory for your exclusive use. Our chefs typically begin preparing our fine dining menus and special event services a minimum of 48 hours in advance in order to deliver true world class cuisine and service.

We ask that you take your commitment to dine with us seriously too, by honoring the following policies:

Group Dinner Reservations

We ask that you honor our commitment to making your experience special by providing at least 72 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel your dining reservations. Groups of 7 or more will be required to complete a secure credit card authorization form in order to complete the reservation. As short term cancellations often result in the Restaurant being left with unfilled seats, failure to provide 72 hours advance notice will result in a per person cancellation fee being charged.

Tea Time Reservations


 

HB Chefs start preparation of 'Tea Time' platters approximately 3 hours in advance of your reservation in order to ensure you receive the very freshest preparations. In order to avoid being left with prepared food we are unable to sell, Tea Time reservations are subject to a minimum 3 hour advance cancellation requirement. Failure to provide 72 hours advance notice will result in a per person cancellation fee being charged.

Happy Hour Reservations

Happy Hour reservations are subject to a credit card guarantee due to limited availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance in order to allow adequate time to fill your seats. Failure to honor the advance cancellation requirement will result in a per person cancellation fee being charged.

Special Event Reservations

Reservations for Private Dining and Special Events are arranged through our Events Management staff. Terms and conditions under which we agree to provide service will be outlined in a Special Events Contract. The Contract will include an outline of all Terms and Conditions including requirements for advance notice of change &/or cancellation and whether a security deposit or partial payment is required in advance.
