About this experience

Our first Sommelier Series dinner of 2021 is offered as a private dining experience and features seasonally available proteins and local vegetables in a menu designed to highlight fine Burgundy wine pairings. Chef James deftly highlights the produce through a refined approach using varying cooking methods. The intent is for the diner to experience each ingredient to its fullest extent complimented by the fine wine pairings.
