We invite you to join us in the front gardens to celebrate our new partnership with Barons de Rothschild. We will have 3 champagne varietals for tasting as well as food stations.

Your ticket will grant you access to the event as well as a welcome glass of Rothschild Brut and a paired canapé. Additional champagne, champagne cocktails, and food will be available for purchase.

If tickets are sold out please complete this form to be placed on the waitlist. Once we are confident in the weather forecast we will release additional tickets and will prioritize those on the waitlist (first come first served).

Originally from Reims, Frédéric Mairesse started taking courses on the production of food and wine from the age of 14, alongside the standard school curriculum. By 17, with the project becaming a winemaker, he began a five-year programme in Champagne, before to become Agronomic enginener and oenologist in Paris. In 2000, he learned about finance and business at MBA Insead Fontainebleau.

In 1989, a training session at Danone led to a job offer with the Lanson/Pommery and before his military service, he oversaw a 250-strong team at harvest time and manage a pressing centre in the Champagne region. Army duty completed, after a period of compulsory military service, he became quality engineer.

He went to Seagram in 1992, working on the Mumm and Perrier-Jouët brands for five years. Then he became operation director from vine to dispatch for Maison Pommery, a division of LVMH, where he also supervised part of the operations for Ruinart and Veuve Clicquot. And then, he joined Domaines Paul Jaboulet Aîné and the Château La Lagune as managing director.

In 2010, he was invited by one of the wine industry’s most famous names, the Rothschilds, to return to Reims to create and launch a brand-new champagne thanks to his full range of skills and experience acquired over 30 years in the trade.
